Real Estate

Actris Beteiligungs has invested in 44,000 square metres of real estate in Frankfurt. Actris was among three investors committing €46.5 million to the deal. 

Post-IPO Funding

Boxer Capital has invested in 2seventy bio, a biotech group. Boxer was among 14 investors committing $170 million to the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based group. 

Unspecified Rounds

KCK and Venrock have invested in RefleXion Medical, a healthcare group. The two were among 12 investors committing $80 million to the Californian group. 

Maor Investments and Mivtach Shamir Holdings have invested in SupPlant, an AgTech platform. The two were among six investors committing $27 million to the Israel-based group. 

Bethia has invested in RobinFood, a food group. Bethia was one of six investors committing $35 million to the Colombia-based group. 

Invus and Emerson Collective have invested in PrognomiQ, a biotech group. The two were among nine investors committing $46 million to the Californian-based group. 

Geolo Capital and Gaw Capital have invested in Placemakr, a hospitality group. The two were among five investors committing $90 million to the Washington DC-based group. 

Seed

Fortino Capital has invested in Flowlity, an SaaS platform. Fortino was one of two investors committing €5 million to the Paris-based startup. 

The Chernin Group has invested in Altered State Machine, an NFT software company. The Chernin Group was one of 21 investors committing an undisclosed amount to the New Zealand-based startup. 

Vera Capital has invested in Zitti, a payments/credit platform. Vera was one of nine investors committing $4 million to the Santa Monica-based startup. 

Perot Jain and Koch Disruptive Technologies have invested in Repowr, a logistics company. The two were among three investors committing $4.3 million to the Alabama-based startup. 

The Syndicate has invested in Cake, a SaaS platform. The Syndicate was one of five investors committing A$3 million to the Australian-based startup. 

Series A 

Fortino Capital has invested Getvisibility, a cybersecurity platform. Fortino was one of three investors committing €10 million to the Ireland-based group. 

Dolby Family Ventures has invested in Diamond Age, a robotics group. Dolby was one of five investors committing $50 million to the Californian group. 

Petrushka Investments has invested in Stilt, a fintech group. Petrushka was one of nine investors committing $14 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Majycc eSanté Invest has invested in Archeon, a healthcare group. Majycc was one of five investors committing €5.5 million to the French group. 

Series B

Grok Ventures has invested in Sun Cable, a renewable energy group. Grok was one of two investors committing A$210 million to the Singapore-based group. 

Prelude Ventures has invested in Mori, an AgTech and food processing group. Prelude was one of 10 investors committing $50 million to the Boston-based group. 

Mithril Capital Management has invested in AiFi, an AI platform. Mithril was one of 21 investors committing $65 million to the Californian-based group. 

Verlinvest has invested in Kuku FM, a podcast platform. Verlinvest was among six investors committing $19.5 million to the Indian-based group. 

Series C

Bezos Expeditions has invested in doxo, a payments/fintech platform. Bezos was one of four investors committing $18.5 million to the Seattle-based group. 

Byron DeFoor, possibly through the investment and holding group DeFoor Brothers, has invested in 3Spine, a healthcare group. Byron committed $33 million to the Cayman Islands-based group. 

Sofina has invested in Typeform, a SaaS platform. More details here. 

Series D 

Cinco Capital has invested in Xempus, a fintech platform. Cinco was one of three investors committing $70 million to the Munich-based group. 

Sound Ventures has invested ConsenSys, a cryptocurrency platform. Sound was one of 11 investors committing $250 million to the New York City-based group. 

Kinnevik and Heartland have invested in Lunar, a fintech platform. The two were among six investors committing €70 million to the Denmark-based group.
