Niels Christiansen, the CEO of Lego, one of the world’s most successful family businesses, has had a good week. The Danish toy company announced on Tuesday record profit growth in 2025, and at the same time introduced a big innovation, Lego’s so-called “smart brick”, designed to merge physical and digital play.
