Partner Content: Few places evoke a high-end resort so well as Cabot Revelstoke

Few places in the world are as breathtaking as the Columbia River Valley in British Columbia, Canada. This is nature at its finest, from glistening lakes to snow-covered mountain tops, mineral hot springs to wildlife-rich national parks.

Driven by the passion to create “magical places where remarkable memories are made”, it is no surprise that legendary golf developer and operator Cabot has chosen this as the setting for their second Canadian property, Cabot Revelstoke

Perched on a ridgeline between the Selkirk and Monashee Mountains, Cabot Revelstoke is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts every season. The property, boasting the world-renowned golf, amenities, and luxury real estate synonymous with Cabot, is further enhanced by its proximity to the majestic Revelstoke Mountain Resort, offering a gateway to unparalleled skiing adventures.

Designed by Canadian architect Rod Whitman and his team at the international design practice Whitman, Axland & Cutten (WAC Golf). Whitman, the visionary behind Cabot’s first course, Cabot Links, in Cape Breton, promises an exceptional variety of golf shots at Cabot Pacific.

Cabot Pacific will feature some wide-open holes where golfers feel they can take out their drivers and go for it, and at the same time, narrow holes. The course will be very playable for the less-experienced player, while remaining challenging for the more seasoned player. The sound of water rushing down mountains will be a constant feature, with the greens winding through majestic natural gorges, exposed rock formations and Western Red Cedar and Douglas Fir avenues.

Cabot Revelstoke’s Chalets

For those seeking to elevate their experience beyond the golf course, Revelstoke Mountain Resort beckons. Boasting the longest vertical descent in North America at 1,713 metres and 3,121 acres of skiable terrain, this resort is a paradise for adventure enthusiasts. And did we mention, it’s also the heli-skiing capital of the world?

The resort at Cabot Revelstoke will feature 79 meticulously designed residences, nestled within six chalets. With two- to five-bedroom options, these residences, inspired by the timeless elegance of Nordic design, offer a rare opportunity to experience an elevated sense of alpine sophistication.

Ultra-High Net Worth Community

Aimed at the ultra-high net worth, Cabot Revelstoke will be an exclusive community geared to families wanting access to world-class golf, luxury real estate, and premium amenities.

The property will be the fifth resort in Cabot’s impressive portfolio of golf resorts, which are either fully built or in development. These include:

Cabot Cape Breton in Nova Scotia includes two acclaimed World Top 100 courses located over a mile of sandy beach along the coast of Cape Breton. Widely viewed as providing one of the best resort experiences in Canada, Cabot Cape Breton is truly a golfing resort icon.

Cabot Saint Lucia brings a new meaning to the word ‘luxury’. Situated along the northern coast of the Caribbean, luxury residences are accompanied by a jaw-dropping course designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw. To quote Golf Digest, “Words like spectacular and breathtaking are loaded and overused when describing golf courses, but at Cabot Saint Lucia, they’re not enough…”

Cabot Highlands in Scotland, which is due to open in 2024, will offer another 18-hole championship course to accompany the already-established Castle Stuart course and resort. Spanning almost 500 acres, the destination is built around Castle Stuart’s stunning 400-year-old castle.

Cabot Citrus Farms offers Florida golf, reimagined. Open for preview play as of January 2024, the property will comprise 46 holes of championship golf and an 11-hole par three-course featuring night golf. It is located in the central-west region of Florida, aptly known as the Nature Coast. Cabot Citrus Farms is set across 1,200 acres of pristine natural beauty.
