Private Equity

Mitchell Family Office has invested in a healthcare group. More details here. 

Unspecified Rounds

Olympic Investments, an investment group linked to the Onassis family and foundation, has invested in a biotech group. More details here. 

UL Invest, a Luxembourg-based family office of unknown ownership, has invested in PeopleSpheres, a HR platform. UL Invest was one of four investors committing €8.5 million to the Paris-based group. 

QINO GS, a Cyprus-based investment group owned by Gottfried Springer, an Austrian financier and investor, has invested in Brookstreet Equity Partners, a London-based private equity group. QINO GS backed the group with an undisclosed amount. 

Kinnevik, the Swedish investment group owned by the Stenbeck, Klingspor and von Horn families, has invested in MatHem, an e-commerce company. Kinnevik was one of three investors committing SEK400 million to the Stockholm-based group. 

Seed

HH Investments, a Singapore-based investment group owned by Maarten Hemmes, has invested in Numu, a social media startup. HH Investments invested an unspecified amount in the Singapore-based group.  

La Famiglia (The Family) – a venture group owned by a number of prominent European business families including the family owners connected to the giant appliance maker Miele; members of the Siemens family; the Viessmann family, behind the eponymous German family business; the family behind the Austrian luxury group Swarovski, and family owners of the Belgian chemical group, Solvay, has invested in Sweep, a cleantech startup. La Famiglia was one of three investors seeding the French startup with $5 million.

Series A

ElDaba Holdings, a Dubai-based holdings and investment group owned by the ElDada family, has invested in Trade Capital Partners, a financial group. ElDaba was one of two investors committing an unspecified amount to the Abu Dhabi-based group. 

Austin Rief Ventures, an investment group recently set up by publishing entrepreneur Austin Rief, has invested in ZenGo, a crypto payment platform. Austin Rief was one of eight investors committing $20 million to the Tel Aviv-based group. 

F-Prime Capital, a venture group backed by the Johnson family of Fidelity fame, has invested in Logixboard, a logistics group. F-Prime was one of eight investors committing an unspecified amount to the Seattle-based group. 

Series B

Laurene Powell Jobs’ impact-led investment group Emerson Collective has invested in Boundless, which provides immigrants with the tools, information, and personalized support to navigate their immigration journey. Emerson Collective was one of eight investors committing $25 million to the Seattle-based group. 

Webb Investment Network, the investment office of US-based Maynard Webb, has invested in Kandji, a next-generation Apple device management platform. Webb was one of 10 investors committing $60 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Ziff Capital Partners, the investment office of the New York City-based Ziff family, has invested in Mighty Networks, a private network group. Ziff was one of 11 investors committing $50 million to the Palo Alto-based group. 

Winklevoss Capital, Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss’ investment group, together with Exor Seeds, the New York City-based investment group owned by the Agnelli family, and KCK, the family investment group of US investor Nael Kassar, have invested in Crusoe Energy Systems, a clean energy group. Winklevoss, Exor, and KCK were three of 13 investors committing $128 million to the Denver, Colorado-based group. 

Boxer Capital, owned by billionaire Joe Lewis, has invested in Boundless Bio, a biotech group. Boxer was one of 14 investors committing $105 million to the Californian-based group. 

O.G. Tech, owned by Israel-based billionaire Eyal Ofer, has invested in Connecteam, a multi-functional and workforce management platform. O.G. Tech was one of three investors committing $37 million to the Tel Aviv-based group. 

MPL Ventures, a newly set up investment group linked to the music legend Paul McCartney, has invested in Yousician, a music education platform. More details here. 

Series C

H14, an investment group owned by the Berlusconi family, has invested in Ornikar, an online driving school platform. H14 was one of six investors committing €100 million to the Paris-based group. 

F-Prime Capital, a venture group backed by the Johnson family of Fidelity fame, has invested in CareStack, a practice management platform for dental groups. F-Prime was one of five investors committing $22.5 million to the Florida-based group.  

Koch Disruptive Technologies, Chase Koch-led venture group, has invested in Automox, a cloud management platform. Koch was one of four investors committing $110 million to the Boulder, Colorado-based group. 

Rezayat Investments, a London-based investment group owned by the Saudi Arabian Alireza family, has invested in Caresyntax, a healthcare data group. Rezayat Investments was one of 10 investors committing $100 million to the Boston-based group. 

PSP Capital Partners, an investment firm owned by Penny Pritzker, has invested in OpenSpace, an AI platform. PSP was one of nine investors committing $55 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Symphony Ventures, a Dublin-based investment group backed by golfer Rory McIlroy, has invested in Kaia Health, a healthcare group. Symphony was one of seven investors committing $75 million to the New York City-based group. 

Series D 

Tarsadia Investments, an investment group owned by the US-based Patel family, has invested in Loft, a marketplace for residential real estate. Tarsadia was one of 15 investors committing $100 million to the Brazilian group. 

Series F

PremjiInvest, Azim Premji’s family office, has invested in Sysdig, a cybersecurity group. PremjiInvest was one of nine investors committing $188 million to the San Francisco-based group.
