Lego dynasty launch new impact-focused family office and restructure group

One of America’s top impact-focused family investment/philanthropic groups has closed its London office after 15 years.

Backed by a big European family office, one of the continent’s fastest-growing hotel chains plans to add to its collection after doing a deal with a big global hotel operator.

An investment group founded in 2021 by Ferdinand Porsche's great-grandson, targeting family-owned mid-sized companies, has closed down, with its assets transferred to a new holding group.
