Chicago-based Pritzker Private Capital, Tony Pritzker’s private investment office, has acquired Valicor Environmental Services, a non-hazardous wastewater treatment company based in Ohio. Pritzker is investing an undisclosed sum of money alongside Valicor’s management team.
