MXB Holdings, which is owned by Bebo founders Micahel and Xochi Birch, together with Rocket Internet, a venture group owned by the German-based Samwer brothers, Marc, Oliver and Alexander, has invested in Sonovate, a UK-based finance and back-office tech provider for recruitment agencies and consultancies. MXB and Rocket were among four investors committing £110 million to Sonovate.
