Western Allegheny Capital, the Pennsylvania-based family office of Cliff Forrest, who owns Rosebud Mining, together with local private equity group Tecum Equity, has bought Pinnacle Cranes, a crane rental, sales and service company based in North Carolina. Terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
