This week, the UK votes in a general election. Some commentators have predicted the country will see widespread capital flight if there’s a hung parliament and the Labour Party forms a coalition with the Scottish National Party. The Labour Party want to renationalize many parts of the economy.
Whatever happens, the UK still has some very fast-growing private companies, which are attracting interest from private investment groups.
SydicateRoom, a Cambridge-based investment platform, has compiled a list of the 100 fastest growing businesses in the UK. What’s also interesting is an increasing number of them are outside of London, which has traditionally been the centre of venture-type businesses in the UK.
