Unspecified Rounds

Anaton Holdings, a Swiss-based investment office managing the money of the Austrian Kahane family, has invested in Eagle Genomics, a UK biotech group. Anaton was one of five investors committing $11 million to the group. 

Dallas, Texas-based Hunt Investment Group, which manages the money of the descendants of H.L. Hunt, has invested in Cudoni, an e-commerce platform. Hunt was one of four investors committing £4.6 million to the London, UK-based group. 

Post-IPO funding

Invus, a New York City-based investment business backed by Eric Wittouck, Belgium’s richest individual, has invested in GenSight Biologics, a biotech group. Invus joined two other investors in a $25 million investment in the Paris-based group. 

Seed

Kerr Tech Investments, an investment group owned by US tech investor Josh Kerr, has invested in Cobble, a dating platform. Kerr Tech seeded the New York City startup with $3 million. 

Hamburg-based TruVenturo, set up by German startup specialist Nils Regge, has invested in Rune Labs, a software and data platform for neuromodulation and brain therapies. TruVenturo was one of four investors committing $5 million to the San Francisco-based startup. 

Series A 

Picus Capital, an investment group owned by Germany tech entrepreneur Alexander Samwer, has invested in Limehome, which turns commercial spaces into apart-hotels. Picus was one of four investors committing €10 million to the Munich-based group. 

Koch Disruptive Technologies, the venture group owned by Chase Koch, the son of multi-billionaire Charles Koch, has invested in Strider, a software company developing security tools to combat economic espionage threats beyond the cyber domain. Koch led the $10 million round for the Washington DC-based group; two other investors participated. 

EQT Ventures, the Wallenberg family-backed listed venture group, has invested in CodeSandbox, a web development platform. EQT led the round worth $12.7 million for the Amsterdam-based group; two other investors participated. 

Webb Investment Network, the investment office of Maynard Webb, has invested in Kandji, a next-generation Apple device management platform. Webb Investment was one of six investors committing $21 million to the San Diego-based group. 

Series B

Ex-banker Brian Finn’s New York City-based Siddhi Capital has backed Jumbotail, a food technology platform based in India. Siddhi was one of seven investors committing $11 million to the group. 

Series C 

Ganot Capital, a private investment company owned by the Klurman family, has invested in Azura Ophthalmics, a biotech group. Ganot was one of four investors committing $20 million to the Israel-based group.
