Investment of the Week  

Unspecified Rounds

Bessemer Venture Partners has backed Nym, an autonomous medical coding technology platform. Bessemer was one of eight investors committing $25 million to the Israel-based group. 

Sawari Ventures has backed GoodsMart, a premium household shopping app. Sawari committed $3.6 million to the Egypt-based group. 

WTT Investment has invested in Brain Technologies, an AI company. WTT was one of four investors committing $50 million to the Californian-based group. 

Seed

F-Prime Capital has invested in Guros, a digital insurance marketplace. F-Prime was one of three investors committing $4.6 million to the Mexican startup. 

Dolby Family Ventures and Westcott Capital have backed Paradromics, a developer of a brain-machine interfacing technology. Dolby and Westcott were among eight investors committing $20 million to the Austin-based startup. 

Globivest has backed Troglo, a sexual and reproductive healthcare platform. Globivest seeded the London-based startup with an unspecified amount. 

Series A 

Dolby Family Ventures has backed H2U Technologies, a clean-energy company. Dolby was one of four investors committing $7 million to the Pasadena-based group. 

Valor Capital Group and Nima Capital have invested in Valora, a mobile peer-to-peer payments and remittance app. The two investors joined five others committing $20 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Globivest has backed Rarecells, a biotech group. Globivest committed an unspecified amount to the US-based group. 

Peak Capital has invested in GraphCMS, a content management system. Peak was one of six investors committing €8.4 million to the German-based group. 

AJ Capital has invested in NirogStreet is an Ayurvedic doctor platform. AJ Capital was one of nine investors committing INR210 million to the Indian group. 

Maschmeyer Group Ventures has invested in Prodigal, an information technology company. Maschmeyer was one of seven investors committing $12 million to the Californian-based group.

Series B 

Ramsbury Invest and Nidoco have invested in Anocca, a biotech group. The two investors joined three other investors committing $47 million to the Swedish group. 

F-Prime Capital has invested in Embark, a pet healthcare group. F-Prime was one of six investors committing $75 million to the Boston-based group. 

Eiffel Investment Group has invested in YesWeHack, a cybersecurity platform. Eiffel was one of four investors committing €16 million to the Paris-based group. Eiffel has also invested in Planity, an online booking platform. Eiffel was one of five investors committing €30 million to the Paris-based group. 

L Catterton has invested in Eco, a fintech platform. L Catterton was one of nine investors committing $60 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Invus has invested in Ring Therapeutics, a biotech group. Invus was one of six investors committing $117 million to the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based group. 

Daher Capital and Sound Ventures have invested in Class Technologies, a class-Zoom meeting platform. The two investors were among 17 committing $105 million to the Washington D.C.-based group. 

Apeiron Investment Group has invested in Isar Aerospace, a space technology company. Apeiron was one of eight investors committing $75 million to the German-based group. 

HartBeat Ventures has invested in Rodo, a car dealership platform. HartBeat was one of three investors committing $18 million to the New York City-based group. 

Omidyar Network India has invested in Axio, a medical device company. Omidyar was among six investors committing $6 million to the Indian group. 

Chalfen Ventures has invested in SEDNA, an intelligent communications system. Chalfen was one of four investors committing $34 million to the London-based group.

Series C

F-Prime Capital, Zoma Capital, and PremjiInvest have invested in SonderMind, a digital health and telehealth group. The three were among 10 investors committing $150 million to the Denver-based group. 

Bessemer Venture Partners and Mankekar Family Office have backed MyGlamm, a direct-to-consumer beauty brand. Bessemer and Mankekar were among eight investors committing INR5.3 billion to the Indian group. 

Invus has invested in Artios Pharma, a biotech group. Invus was one of 20 investors committing £110 million to the UK-based group. 

Emerson Collective and Capricorn Investment Group have invested in Redwood Materials, an advanced technology and process development for materials recycling, re-manufacturing, and reuse. The two investors were among 11 committing $700 million to the Carson City, Nevada-based group. 

WestCap has backed iCapital Network, a fintech asset management platform. WestCap was one of 21 investors committing $440 million to the New York City-based group. 

Venrock has invested in Interos, which helps companies manage risk and continuously monitor their supply chain. Venrock was one of three investors committing $100 million to the Virginia-based group.  

Sofina has invested in Mamaearth, a personal care brand that specializes in baby and toddler products. Sofina was one of two investors committing $50 million to the Indian-based group. 

BNF Capital has invested in YOOBIC, an all-in-one platform for the deskless workforce. BNF was one of four investors committing $50 million to the London-based group. 

Series D 

Manna Tree has invested in Urban Remedy, a plant-based organic food company. Manna Tree was one of three investors committing $18 million to the Californian-based group.  

Rajaram Family Trust has invested in Nium is a global payments platform. Rajaram was one of 11 investors committing $100 million to the Singapore-based group. 

Vulcan Capital has invested in Solarisbank, a Banking-as-a-Service platform. Vulcan was one of seven investors committing €190 million to the Berlin-based group. 

Series F

Moore Strategic Ventures has invested in ShareChat is a social networking and regional content platform. Moore was one of three investors committing $145 million to the Indian-based group.
