This week’s family/private investment office deals

Unspecified Rounds

Heartland has invested in Touchtech, a software company. Heartland committed $4.4 million to the Swedish group. 

EQT Ventures and LA ROCA Capital have invested in Timeless, an e-commerce platform. The two were among four investors committing €12 million to the Berlin-based group. 

Aker Horizons has invested in Mainstream Renewable Energy. Aker committed €90 million to the Irish company. 

Thorney Investment has invested in Packform, a packaging group. Thorney was one of three investors committing A$25 million to the Australian group. 

Seed

DST Global has invested in Jefa, a fintech group. DST was one of 19 investors committing $2 million to the Mexico-based startup. 

Picus Capital has invested in Rex, a veterinary platform. Picus seeded the German startup with an undisclosed amount. 

Titan Capital has invested in ZenOnco, a biotech group. Titan was one of five investors committing $1.4 million to the Indian startup. 

Dig Ventures has invested in Soveren, a SaaS compliance group. Dig was one of 13 investors committing $6.5 million to the London-based startup. 

Series A 

WndrCo has invested in Yassir, a transport app. WndrCo was one of nine investors committing $30 million to the Algerian-based group. 

Schweizer Kapital Global Impact Fund has invested in Green-Y Energy, a cleantech group. Schweizer committed CHF2 million to the Swiss group. 

Forestay Capital has invested in Stratio, an automotive platform. Forestay was one of two investors committing €10.2 million to the Portugual-based group. 

Toba Capital has invested in Strivacity, a SaaS provider. Toba was one of two investors committing $9.3 million to the Virginia-based group. 

Series B 

Moore Strategic Ventures has invested in Commonwealth Fusion, a fusion energy group. Moore was one of 27 investors committing $1.8 billion to the Boston-based group. Moore Strategic Ventures has also invested in Slice, a fintech company. Moore was one of eight investors committing $220 million to the Indian group. 

Willoughby Capital and Oberndorf Enterprises have invested in Tegus, a fintech platform. The two committed $90 million to the Chicago-based group.  

Skip Capital and Horizons Ventures have invested in Harrison.ai, a healthcare group. The two were  among five investors committing A$129 million to the Australian group. Horizons Ventures has also invested in Q-crtl, a quantum computing company. Horizons was one of nine investors committing $25 million to the Australian group. 

Valar Ventures has invested in Simpl, a fintech company. Valar was one of three investors committing $40 million to the Indian group.  

Series F 

Yamauchi No.10 Family Office has invested in Astroscale, a space group. Yamauchi was one of 13 investors committing $109 million to the Japanese group.
