Real Estate

Beitel Group and The Scharf Group have invested in multifamily accommodation in the US. More details here. 

Private Equity

WestCap has invested in HUMAN, a cybersecurity company. WestCap was one of two investors committing $100 million to the New York City-based group. 

Seed

Mark Pincus, probably through his family office Workplay Ventures, has invested in BlockSpaces, a blockchain infrastructure platform. Pincus was one of six investors committing $5.8 million to the Tampa, Florida-based startup. 

Sound Ventures, Mark Pincus, probably through his family office Workplay Ventures, and Mark Cuban, probably through his investment group Radical Investments have invested in CryptoSlam,  an aggregator of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The three were among 26 investors committing $9 million to the Kansas-based startup. 

Wami Capital and Vernalis Capital have invested in Verofax, a software group. The two were among four investors committing $1.5 million to the startup.  

Series A 

Mojo Partners has invested in Kiddo, a healthcare group. Mojo was one of five investors committing $16 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

KIRKBI has invested in Ambercycle, a fashion recycling company. KIRKBI was one of five investors committing $21.6 million to the Los Angeles-based group.

Series B 

Morningside Ventures has invested in Accro Bioscience, a biotech group. Morningside was one of five investors committing $50 million to the China-based group. 

AJ Capital and WestCap have invested in Zupee, a gaming platform. The two were among six investors committing $72 million to the Indian-based group. 

Wu Capital and Invus have invested in Korro Bio, a biotech group. The two were among 15 investors committing $116 million to the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based group. 

Series D 

PremjiInvest has invested in ID Fresh Food, a food company. PremjiInvest was one of two investors committing INR5.1 billion to the Indian-based group. 

Valar Ventures and Tarsadia Investments have invested in Petal, a fintech group. The two were among 10 investors committing $140 million to the New York City-based group.
