This week’s family/private investment office deals

Unspecified Rounds

Korys had invested in Sensorfact, an energy efficiency company. Korys was one of three investors committing €13 million to the Dutch group. 

Oy Hammaren & Co and Nidoco have invested in Naava, a cleantech group. The two were among nine investors committing €7 million to the Finland-based group. 

PBJ Capital has invested in Lumavate, an enterprise software company. PBJ was one of six investors committing $6 million to the Indiana-based group. 

Majycc eSanté Invest has invested in NaoX Technologies, a healthcare group. Majycc was one of four investors committing €4.3 million to the French group. 

Vulcan Capital (Cercano Management) has invested in Emerge, an augmented reality platform. Vulcan was one of eight investors committing $13 million to the Los Angeles-based group. Cercano Management (Vulcan Capital) has also invested in Videon, a video platform. Cercano was one of five investors committing $9 million to the Pennsylvania-based group. 

The Chernin Group has invested Stoggles, an eyewear company. Chernin committed $40 million to the Californian group. 

Shoe Investments has invested in Equalture, a software group. Shoe was one of two investors committing €2.8 million to the Dutch group.  

Prelude Ventures has invested in Verdox, a clean energy group. Prelude was one of three investors committing $80 million to the Massachusetts-based group. 

Convertible Notes

Wami Capital has invested in Skyroot Aerospace, a space company. Wami was one of four investors committing $4.5 million to the Indian-based group. 

Seed

Earl Grey Capital has invested in Vendulux, an events platform. Earl Grey was one of three investors committing $2.4 million to the New York City-based startup. 

PBJ Capital has invested in AaDya Security, a cybersecurity group. PBJ was one of seven investors committing $3.1 million to the Detroit-based startup. PBJ has also invested in NVISIONx, another cybersecurity group. PBJ was among seven investors committing $4.6 million to the Californian-based startup. 

Titan Capital has invested in Ekank, a media and entertainments group. Titan was one of nine investors committing $1 million to the Indian-based startup.

Sound Ventures has invested in The.com, an internet software company. Sound was one of nine investors committing $4.4 million to the Colorado-based startup. 

The Chernin Group has invested in Galaxy Fight Club, a gaming platform. Chernin was one of 28 investors committing $7 million to the startup. 

Max Ventures has invested in CertifyOS, an API network management platform. Max was one of 11 investors committing $4.6 million to the startup. 

Majid Al Futtaim Holdings and March Holding have invested in Baly, a taxi/car booking application. The two were among six investors committing $10.5 million to the Iraq-based startup. 

Series A 

The Craftory has invested in Moss.Earth, an environmental consultancy. The Craftory was one of six investors committing $10 million to the Brazil-based group. 

Thorney Investment and Washington H. Soul Pattinson have invested in Buildxact, an employment platform. The two were among seven investors committing $18.5 million to the Australian-based group. 

WENVEST Capital, ALSTIN Capital, and Peak have invested in Circula, an employment benefits software platform. The three were among six investors committing €12 million to the Berlin-based group. 

Apricot Capital has invested in Kind Kones, a vegan ice cream company. Apricot was among four investors committing S$1.5 million to the Malaysian company. 

Danner Capital has invested in FourthRev, an EdTech platform. Danner was among 10 investors committing £6 million to the London-based group. 

Invus has invested in Septerna, a biotech group. Invus was one of seven investors committing $100 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Spring Point Partners has invested in Lemonada Media, a media company. Spring Point was one of eight investors committing $8 million to the Minneapolis-based group. 

Access Industries has invested in PortalOne, a gaming platform. Access was one of 18 investors committing €53.6 million to the Norway-based group. More details here. 

Dorilton Capital has invested in CausaLens, an AI platform. Dorilton was one of five investors committing €40.3 million in the London-based group. 

Moore Strategic Ventures has invested in Zeta Energy, a renewable energy group. Moore committed $23 million to the Houston-based group. 

Webb Investment Network has invested in Tint, an AI-empowered insurance platform. Webb was one of five investors committing $25 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Kharafi Group has invested in Yalla Fel Sekka, an e-commerce platform. Kharafi was one of four investors committing $7 million to the Egypt-based group. 

Series B 

Bitburger Ventures has invested in Waterdrop, a water purification company. Bitburger was among three investors committing €60 million to the Austrian-based group. 

Luna has invested in Parsyl, a supply chain management company. Luna was among five investors committing $25 million to the Denver-based group. 

Seek Ventures and DLF Venture have invested in Cialfo, an AI EdTech platform. The two were among six investors committing $40 million to the Singapore-based group. 

Serena Ventures and Jones Feliciano Family Office have invested in Esusu, a fintech group. The two were among 15 investors committing $130 million to the New York City-based group. 

Burda Principal Investments has invested in Zapp, a grocery-delivery platform. Burda was one of seven investors committing $200 million to the UK-based group. 

Peak has invested in Channable, an advertising/e-commerce platform. Peak was one of two investors committing €55 million to the Dutch group. 

G.K. Goh has invested in Nuclera, a biotech group. G.K. Goh was one of seven investors committing $42.5 million to the Cambridge, UK-based group. 

DST Global has invested in Wayflyer, an e-commerce group. DST was one of seven investors committing $150 million to the Dublin-based group. 

Laureus Capital has invested in Ethris, a biotech group. Laureus committed €23.3 million to the German group. 

Series C

DST Global has invested in Betterfly, a fintech platform. DST was one of seven investors committing $125 million to the Chile-based group. 

Series D 

Nidoco has invested in Skeleton Technologies, a cleantech group. Nidoco was one of four investors committing €37.6 million to the Estonian group. 

Trog Hawley Capital has invested in Loadsmart, a logistics company. Troy Hawley was one of five investors committing $200 million to the Chicago-based group. 

Eldridge and Sagard Holdings have invested in KOHO,  a fintech platform. The two were among seven investors committing C$150 million to the Toronto-based group.
