Private Equity

Fairfax Financial Holdings has invested in DNEG, a film company. Fairfax was one of three investors committing $400 million to the UK-based group. 

Initial Coin Offering

Sound Ventures has invested in Polygon Technology, a cryptocurrency platform. Sound was one of 37 investors committing $450 million to the Indian ICO. 

Unspecified Rounds

Bezos Expeditions, Time Ventures, and Presight Capital have invested in Cloud Paper, a tree-free paper maker. The three were among five investors committing $5 million to the Seattle-based group. 

Toba Capital, Thiel Capital, and the JAM Fund have invested in Regent, an electric boat-flying developer. The three were among five investors committing $18 million to the Massachusetts-based group. 

TruVenturo and Scope Hanson have invested in NUMA Group, a real estate/travel group. The two were among seven investors committing €39.4 million to the Berlin-based group. 

Shamrock Ventures and i(x) investments have invested in ContextLabs, an AI analytics platform. Shamrock and i(x) investments were among six investors committing $28 million to the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based group. 

Seed

Breyer Capital has invested in Trust Machines, a cryptocurrency platform. Breyer was one of five investors committing $150 million to the startup. 

166 2nd Financial Services has invested in R2, a fintech platform. 166 was one of three investors committing $5.9 million to the Mexico-based startup. 

ACE & Company has invested in SOKNA, a funeral services group. ACE was one of 12 investors committing $1 million to the Egypt-based startup.

Serena Ventures has invested in Zigazoo, an edtech platform. Serena Ventures was among nine investors committing an undisclosed amount to the New York City-based startup. 

Picus Capital has invested in Truck It In, a logistics platform. Picus was among 12 investors committing $13 million to the Pakistan-based startup. Picus has also invested in With Gotin, an events platform. Picus was one of four investors committing CNY10 million to the China-based startup. 

Vulpes Investment Management has invested in Peddlr, a fintech platform. Vulpes was one of 18 investors committing PHP215 million to the Philippines-based startup. 

Hoak & Co has invested in Mecho, an auto repair and maintenance platform. Hoak was one of seven investors committing $2.2 million to the Nigerian-based startup. 

Series A 

Berggruen Holdings, Taavet+Sten, and Heinz Dürr Invest have invested in Marvel Fusion, a fusion energy group. The three were among nine investors committing €35 million to the Munich-based group. 

Emerson Collective and Byers Capital have invested Getlabs, a healthcare group. The two were among 11 investors committing $20 million to the Santa Monica-based group. 

UL Invest has invested in Snapshift, a restaurant software company. UL was among three investors committing $45 million to the Paris-based group. 

Ernström & Co has invested in Annotell, an autonomous vehicle software group. Ernström was among four investors committing $24 million to the Swedish group. 

Morningside Ventures has invested in Curve Health, a healthcare group. Morningside was one of 11 investors committing $12 million to the New York City-based group. 

Koch Disruptive Technologies has invested in Celestial AI, a deep learning platform. Koch was among seven investors committing $56 million to the San Jose, California-based group. 

HOF Capital has invested in Qredo, a cryptocurrency platform. HOF was one of 18 investors committing $80 million to the London-based group. 

Jameel Investment Management Company has invested in Thndr, a fintech group. Jameel was one of nine investors committing $20 million to the Egypt-based group. 

Boxer Capital has invested in Seismic Therapeutic, a biotech group. Boxer was one of six investors committing $101 million to the Massachusetts-based group. 

F-Prime Capital has invested in Expressable, a healthcare platform. F-Prime was one of four investors committing $15 million to the Austin-based group. 

Series B 

Emerson Collective has invested in Mos, a fintech platform for students. Emerson was among six investors committing $40 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

EQT Ventures has invested in Endgame, a sales platform. EQT was one of five investors committing $30 million to the Los Angeles-based group. 

IM Holdings and J2L Holding have invested in BUGWORKS, an Agtech group. The two were among nine investors committing $18 million to the Indian-based group. 

Snowdevil Capital has invested in Newton.co, a cryptocurrency trading platform. Snowdevil was one of seven investors committing C$25 million to the Toronto-based group. 

Series C

Symphony Ventures has invested in Future, a fitness platform. Symphony was one of 15 investors committing $75 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Series D 

Moore Strategic Ventures has invested in Utilidata, a clean energy software group. Moore was one of six investors committing $26.8 million to the Rhode Island-based group. 

Forestay Capital has invested in Scandit, an augmented reality platform. Forestay was one of 10 investors committing $150 million to the Zurich-based group. 

Series E 

MSD Partners and DST Global has invested in Flexport, a logistics company. The two were among seven investors committing $935 million to the San Francisco-based group.
