Public Markets

MSD Partners has bought $50 million of stock in Peloton Interactive. 

Private Equity

L Catterton has invested in iFIT, a fitness platform. L Catterton was one of two investors committing $335 million to the Utah-based group. 

MSD Capital has invested in Fanatics, a sports merchandise retailer. MSD was one of three investors committing $1.3 billion to the Florida-based group. 

HEPCO Capital Management has invested in M-KOPA, a fintech impact-focused platform. HEPCO was one of six investors committing $75 million to the Kenya-based group. 

Secondary Market

Grosvenor Food & AgTech has invested in Gousto, an e-commerce company. Grosvenor was one of four investors committing $230 million to the London group. 

Unspecified Rounds

Peter Thiel, likely through Thiel Capital, has invested in Ember, a proptech company. Thiel was one of five investors committing $17.4 million to the Utah-based group. 

Seed

Everblue Management has invested in Potato Play, a games platform. Everblue was one of four investors committing $15 million to the Singapore startup. 

HH VC Investments has invested in DeZy, a fintech platform. HH was one of 11 investors committing S$3 million to the Singapore startup. 

Raptor Group has invested in Thetanuts Finance, a cryptocurrency platform. Raptor was one of 11 investors committing $18 million to the Virginia-based startup. 

Leo Capital Holdings has invested in Laminar Global, a video streaming service. Leo was one of four investors committing $4.4 million to the London startup. 

Orda Investments has invested in Calven, a SaaS company. Gonski was one of three investors committing $6.8 million to the Sydney-based startup. 

Titan Capital has invested in ClaimBuddy, a health insurance platform. Titan was one of four investors committing INR210 million to the Indian startup. 

Presight Capital has invested in Alaan, a fintech platform. Presight was one of seven investors committing $2.5 million to the Dubai-based startup. 

Astanor Ventures has invested in Source.ag, an Agtech group. Astanor was one of three investors committing $10 million to the Amsterdam-based startup. 

Webb Investment Network has invested in Single Origin, a SaaS machine learning platform. Webb was one of 10 investors committing $3.7 million to the startup. 

HOF Capital has invested in Dialect, a blockchain platform. HOF was one of nine investors committing $4.1 million to the startup. 

DLF Family Office has invested in Zapkey, a proptech group. DLF was one of six investors committing $2 million to the Indian-based startup. 

Enam Holdings has invested in Acefour Accessories, a travel group. Enam invested $1.5 million in the Indian startup. 

Series A 

Kingfisher Capital has invested in Xplore, a space company. Kingfisher was one of 11 investors committing $16.2 million to the Seattle-based group. 

F-Prime Capital has invested in Canary Technologies, an enterprise software group. F-Prime was one of six investors committing $15 million to the San Francisco group. F-Prime has also invested in Rialtic, a healthcare group. F-Prime was one of four investors committing $28 million to the Atlanta-based group. 

Willett Advisors has invested in NextRNA Therapeutics, a biotech group. Willett was one of seven investors committing $46.8 million to the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based group. 

PBJ Capital has invested in ZERØ, an AI-powered email management platform. PBJ was one of eight investors committing $12 million to the Californian-based group. 

Time Ventures has invested in OpenComp, a software management platform. Time was one of six investors committing $20 million to the San Francisco group. 

EQT Ventures has invested in Depict.ai, an e-commerce company. EQT was one of 13 investors committing $17 million to the Stockholm-based group. 

Sound Ventures has invested in Scope Security, a cybersecurity group. Sound was one of six investors committing $20 million to the New York City-based group. 

Folsom Point Equity has invested in Linear Labs, an electric motor/car group. Folsom was one of eight investors committing $17 million to the Texas-based group. 

Winklevoss Capital and JAM Fund have invested in Volopay, a fintech platform. The two were among 11 investors committing $29 million to the Singapore-based group. 

Happiness Capital has invested in Better Diary, a foodtech group. Happiness was one of six investors committing €22 million to the London-based group. 

Capricorn Investment Group has invested in Summit Nanotech, a nanotechnology group. Capricorn was one of three investors committing C$17.8 million to the Canadian-based group. 

Series B 

Time Ventures has invested in Time by Ping, an AI group. Time was one of seven investors committing $36.5 million to the San Francisco group. Time has also invested in NCX, a clean energy group. Time was one of seven investors committing $50 million to the San Francisco group. 

Capricorn Investment Group has invested in Erthos, a solar energy group. Capricorn committed $17.5 million to the Arizona-based group. 

Vy Capital has invested in Counterpart, an insurtech platform. Vy was one of three investors committing $30 million to the Los Angeles-based group. 

Series C 

O.G. Tech has invested in Connecteam, a management software company. O.G. Tech was one of five investors committing $120 million to the Israel-based group. 

Series D 

Wamda Capital and ESPRO Investment have invested in Insider, an AI analytics group. The two were among seven investors committing $121 million to the Singapore-based group.

Emerson Collective has invested in Aurora Solar, a SaaS clean energy group. Emerson was among six investors committing $200 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Series E 

Nissim Capital has invested in Visby Medical, a healthcare group. Nissim was one of nine investors committing $100 million to the Californian-based group.
