Private Equity

Portland Holdings has invested in Isotopen Technologien München, a biotech group. Portland was one of two investors committing €33 million to the Munich-based group. 

Nolan Capital has invested in Water Engineering, a water treatment company. Nolan bought a majority stake for an undisclosed amount in the Omaha-based group 

Unspecified Rounds

Libra Group has invested in GreenMet, an energy management company. Libra committed an undisclosed amount to the Washington D.C. group. 

The Tornante Company has invested in Rad, a video streaming platform. Tornante was one of 13 investors committing an undisclosed amount to the New York City-based group. 

Breyer Capital and Time Ventures have invested in SandboxAQ, a quantum computing company. The two were among nine investors committing an undisclosed amount to the Palo Alto-based group. 

C Ventures has invested in Threads Styling, a fashion technology company. C Ventures was one of four investors committing $12 million to the London-based group.

Tao Capital Partners and Wheatsheaf Group have invested in TemperPack, a green-tech platform. The two were among seven investors committing $170 million to the Virginia-based group. 

Berggruen Holdings has invested in prePO, a cryptocurrency trading platform. Berggruen was one of 19 investors committing $2.1 million to the group.

Initial Coin Offering

Alan Howard, likely through his family office Alan Howard Family Office, has invested in Mina, a blockchain/cryptocurrency exchange. Alan Howard was one of nine investors committing $91 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Convertible Note

Picus Capital has invested in Paytron, a fintech platform. Picus committed A$5 million to the Sydney-based group. 

Seed

Sound Ventures and Time Ventures have invested in Yuga Labs, a blockchain platform. The two were among 36 investors committing $450 million to the Virginia-based startup. 

Little Bug Ventures has invested in Botcopy, an AI SaaS platform. Little Bug committed $1.5 million to the Californian-based startup. 

Kingfisher Capital has invested in Melibio, a biotech group. Kingfisher was one of 12 investors committing $5.7 million to the Berkeley, California-based startup. 

HOF Capital has invested in Oorbit, a gaming platform. HOF was one of four investors committing £3.8 million to the startup. 

Heartland has invested in Landfolk, a hospitality platform. Heartland committed an undisclosed amount to the startup. 

Hearst Ventures has invested in Applied XL, an information technology group. Hearst was one of 13 investors committing $3.5 million to the New York City-based startup. 

Grosvenor Group has invested in Dayta, a SaaS platform. Grosvenor was among four investors committing $1.8 million to the Hong Kong-based startup. 

D4 Ventures and Peak have invested in Blidz, an e-commerce platform. The two were among nine investors committing €6 million to the Finland-based startup. 

Series A 

Breyer Capital and Time Ventures have invested in Heirloom, a direct air capture company. The two were among 10 investors committing $53 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Breyer Capital has also invested in AmplifAI, a software company. Breyer committed an undisclosed amount to the Texas-based group. 

Eldridge has invested in CloudFrame, a software company. Eldridge was one of three investors committing $7 million to the New York City-based group. 

Venrock has invested in Ocelot Bio, a biotech group. Venrock was among three investors committing $36 million to the Californian-based group. 

Pritzker Group Venture Capital has invested in ShopThing, an e-commerce platform. Pritzker was one of three investors committing $10 million to the Toronto-based group. 

Series B 

Breyer Capital has invested in Apollo Agriculture, an agtech company for small farmers. Breyer was one of 11 investors committing $40 million to the Kenya-based group.  

Horizons Ventures and Koch Disruptive Technologies have invested in Deepcell, a biotech group. The two were among eight investors committing $83 million to the Californian-based group. 

Koch Disruptive Technologies has also invested in ForAllSecure, a cybersecurity platform. Koch was one of two investors committing $21 million to the Pittsburgh-based group. 

Ayon Capital has invested in CoinRoutes, a crypto trading software provider. Ayon was one of 11 investors committing $16 million to the Miami-based group. 

NB Ventures has invested in LeverageEdu, an EdTech platform. NB Ventures was one of 28 investors committing $22 million to the New Dehli-based group. 

Emerson Collective has invested in Spotlight Therapeutics, a biotech group. Emerson was one of five investors committing $36.5 million to the Californian-based group. 

Kinnevik has invested in Omnipresent, a management information platform. Kinnevik was among six investors committing $120 million to the London-based group

Series C

Declaration Partners has invested in Ramp, a fintech platform. Declaration was one of 16 investors committing $200 million to the New York City-based group. 

Invus and Blue Pool Capital have invested in LifeMine Therapeutics, a biotech group. The two were among eight investors committing $175 million to the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based group. 

Series D

L Catterton has invested in Hydrow, a fitness company. L Catterton was one of six investors committing $55 million to the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based group. 

Wildcat Capital Management has invested in Glia, a SaaS platform. Wildcat was one of three investors committing $45 million to the New York City-based group.
