Private Equity 

Cathexis has bought Ireland-based Jones Engineering for an undisclosed amount. 

Unspecified Rounds

JAM Fund has invested in Yummy, a food delivery app. JAM was one of six investors committing $47 million to the San Francisco-based group.  

Nordstjernan has invested in Engcon, a manufacturing group. Nordstjernan committed an unspecified amount to the Swedish group. 

Goh Family Office has invested in OXECO, a chemical engineering group. Goh was one of four investors committing $10.5 million to the Oxford, UK-based group. 

Emerson Collective, PSP Capital Partners, and John Doerr, likely through his investment group Foris Ventures, have invested in Rheaply, a recycling platform. The three investors were among 12 investors committing $20 million to the Chicago-based group. 

Seed

Titan Capital has invested in Ivy Homes, a real estate platform. Titan was one of seven investors committing $5.8 million to the Indian-based startup. Titan has also invested in Salary Hero, an employment benefits platform. Titan was among five investors committing $2.8 million to the Thailand-based startup. 

F-Prime Capital has invested in Stage, a SaaS platform. F-Prime was one of 12 investors committing $5.1 million to the San Francisco-based startup.  

Bill Wood Ventures has invested in 443ID, a digital security group. Bill Wood Ventures was one of two investors committing $8 million to the Austin, Texas-based startup. 

WndrCo has invested in Front Finance, a fintech platform. WndrCo was one of seven investors committing $5.5 million to the San Francisco-based startup. 

Ethereal Ventures has invested in Entropy, a cryptocurrency platform. Ethereal was one of seven investors committing $25 million to the New York City-based startup. 

Series A 

166 2nd Financial Services has invested in Flow Carbon, a blockchain technology/carbon offset platform. 166 2nd was one of 10 investors committing $70 million to the New York City-based group. 

Access Biotechnology has invested in Upstream Bio, a biotech group. Access was one of nine investors committing $200 million to the Massachusetts-based group. 

Prelude Ventures has invested in Quaise, a cleantech group. Prelude was one of five investors committing $12 million to the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based group. 

F-Prime Capital has invested in Teleo, a construction equipment platform. F-Prime was one of four investors committing $12 million to the Palo Alto-based group. 

Saniel Ventures has invested in Veridooh, a digital advertising platform. Saniel was one of four investors committing A$5 million to the Australian-based group. 

Titan Capital has invested in Pepper Content, a content management group. Titan was among 11 investors committing INR1.1 billion to the Indian-based group. 

Cathexis Ventures has invested in Canix, a cannabis platform. Cathexis was among three investors committing $10 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

Series B

A.P. Moller Holding has invested in ZeroNorth, a cleantech group. A.P. Moller was one of three investors committing €49.6 million to the Danish group. 

EQT Ventures and Serena Williams, likely through her investment office Serena Ventures, have invested in Let’s Do This, an e-commerce platform. The two were among 11 investors committing $60 million to the San Francisco-based group. 

March Holding has invested in Toters, an e-commerce company. March was one of three investors committing $18 million to the Lebanon-based group. 

Sound Ventures has invested in Nava, an InsurTech platform. Sound was one of 10 investors committing $40 million to the New York City-based platform. 

Eldridge, Shamrock Capital Advisors, and Cerro Capital have invested in Religion of Sports, a sports platform. The three were among five investors committing $50 million to the Sana Monica-based group. 

Series C 

Cemag Invest and Promontoire have invested in Diabeloop, a medical device company. The two were among 12 investors committing €70 million to the France-based group. 

DST Global has invested in Super, an e-commerce company. DST was one of 10 investors committing $70 million to the Indonesian-based group. 

Toba Capital has invested in Perimeter 81, a cybersecurity group. Toba was one of six investors committing $100 million to the Israel-based group. 

Series E 

Koch Disruptive Technologies and Regal Four have invested in Vayyar which manufactures 4D imaging radar. The two were among eight investors committing $108 million to the Israel-based group. 

Series F

Oprah Winfrey, likely through her investment group OW Management, has invested in Guild Education, an EdTech group. OW was one of eight investors committing $175 million to the Colorado-based group.
