Utopia has often been the dream of the super-rich. Henry Ford tried it with Fordlândia in the Amazon jungle, and Los Vegas real estate mogul Michael Oliver tried it with the Republic of Minerva on a group of islands in the Pacific Ocean. Today, several billionaires are trying it again in an area north of San Francisco with a community called California Forever.
