Post-IPO Funding

Seico Investments and Laine Capital have invested in NoHo Partners, a restaurant group. Together, they have committed an undisclosed amount to the Finland-based business.

Unspecified Rounds

Wheatsheaf Group has invested in Buymie, a grocery delivery company. Wheatsheaf was one of seven investors committing €7 million to the Dublin-based business.

Jaws Ventures has invested in Parcl, a blockchain-based real estate platform. Jaws was one of twelve investors committing $7.5 million to the New York City-based business.

DST Global has invested in BeReal, a photo sharing app. DST has committed an undisclosed amount to the Paris-based startup.

Seed

Aroa Ventures has invested in Cloutflow, a digital marketing platform. Aroa has committed an undisclosed amount to the India-based startup.

Peak has invested in AG5, a computer software company. Peak has committed €1.2 million to the Amsterdam-based startup.

Cota Capital has invested in TENYX, a voice-based AI startup. Cota was one of eleven investors committing $15 million to the California-based business.

Goh Family Office has invested in Salience Labs, a computer hardware company. Goh was one of seven investors committing $11.5 million to the Oxford-based business.

Serena Ventures has invested in Ours, a relationship counselling service. Serena was one of six investors committing $5 million to the Houston-based startup.

MB Capital has invested in Expertwired, an information services company. MB was one of five investors committing €1 million to the Amsterdam-based business.

Veth Investments has invested in Roetz, a bike manufacturer. Veth was one of three investors committing €1.8 million to the Amsterdam-based business.

Sherman Capital Group has invested in Identitypass, a KYC verification company. Sherman was one of six investors committing $2.8 million to the Nigeria-based business.

Singularity Ventures, Triveni Trust, and six other funders have invested in Fyllo, a software company. Together, they have committed ₹15.2 million to the Bengaluru-based business.

Presight Capital has invested in Bamba, a fintech startup. Presight was one of six investors committing $3.2 million to the Johannesburg-based business.

Dolby Family Ventures has invested in Ubotica, a space-tech company. Dolby was one of three investors committing €4 million to the Dublin-based business.

Mankekar Family Office has invested in HobSpace, an extracurricular edtech platform. Mankekar was one of four investors committing $4.5 million to the Mumbai-based business.

Exor Seeds has invested in VIAVIA, an e-commerce platform. Exor was one of five investors committing $8 million to the Los Angeles-based startup.

Series A

Pendulum Holdings has invested in Altro, a fintech company. Pendulum was one of seven investors committing $18 million to the San Francisco-based startup.

TDJ has invested in Talkin’ Things, an RFID tag manufacturer. TDJ was one of three investors committing $20 million to the Warsaw-based business.

Haltra Group has invested in Koa Switzerland, a juice manufacturer. Haltra has committed $4.7 million to the Zurich-based company.

Breyer Capital has invested in Metatheory, a web3 games developer. Breyer was one of ten investors committing $24 million to the San Francisco-based business.

Series B

Declaration Partners has invested in Solidus Labs, a crypto-tracking company. Declaration was one of nine investors committing $45 million to the New York City-based business.

Valor Capital Group has invested in RAIN, a digital tech consultancy. Valor was one of four investors committing $11 million to the New York City-based company.

Emerson Collective has invested in Deel, a payroll and compliance platform. Emerson has committed $30 million to the San Francisco-based company.

Survam Partners, Waao Partners, Sharrp Ventures, and three other funders have invested in Smytten, a consumer products trial platform. Together, they have committed ₹1 billion to the Bengaluru-based business.

Frog Capital has invested in Housfy, a proptech business. Frog was one of seven investors committing €30 million to the Barcelona-based company.

DST Global has invested in Xepelin, a fintech business. DST was one of fifteen investors committing $111 million to the Chile-based firm.

Series C

Cota Capital has invested in Token, a digital bank. Cota was one of eight investors committing $40 million to the London-based company.

Frog Capital has invested in Modulr, a digital payments company. Frog was one of five investors committing $83 million to the London-based business.

La Famiglia, Jaw Ventures, and three other funders have invested in Material Security, a cybersecurity firm. Together, they have committed $100 million to the California-based business.

CAM Capital, Transhuman Capital, and eight other funders have invested in Kriya Therapeutics, a gene therapy company. Together, they have committed $270 million to the California-based business.

Series E

Exor Seeds has invested in Alan, a digital health insurance platform. Exor was one of eight investors committing €183 million to the Paris-based company.

Series F

DST Global has invested in SpotOn, a fintech business. DST was one of five investors committing $300 million to the San Francisco-based company.
